Great location and spacious rooms

We enjoyed our stay due to the spacious two king beds room and the hotel's proximity to popular attractions like Universal Studios and Santa Monica. The staff was responsive to our needs, and we appreciated the quick resolution of our air conditioning issue. However, the breakfast options could be improved as we found them lacking in quality.

The King Room was super spacious and cozy. The shower was really nice after a long day. I loved unwinding by the pool and grabbing a drink at the bar. The coffee maker was a bit funky, but that didn't really bother us too much. 😊

We had a wonderful time enjoying the comfortable King Room with Two King Beds. The location was fantastic, only a short drive from the mall and local eateries. The bedding was cozy, which made for restful nights for our family of four.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel can improve by offering better parking access, as it was inconvenient to navigate from the lot to the entrance with our luggage. More info on family amenities would also help.
